Our two and three bedroom condos are 1200 and 1400 square feet, respectively.  There are 3 floor plans.  
  • 14 Units are 3 bedrooms with 1400 square feet of living space with an additional 309 square feet of covered wrap around balcony space.  

  • 14 Units are 3 bedrooms with 1400 square feet of living space with an additional 209 additional square feet of covered balcony space divided outside the living/dining are and off the master bedroom.  

  • The remaining 56 units are 2 bedrooms with 1200 square feet of living space with 169 square feet of covered balcony space.  
The Condominiums were completed in 1985.  Common area features include Covered Parking; Elevated Pool and Sun Deck; Hot Tub; Sauna; Outside Showers; Pool Level Restrooms; Spacious, Elevated Clubhouse; Gated Entrance & Exit; Exercise Room; Dedicated Beach Access; Beach Services.

The Condominium Association is governed by a Board of Directors of five people. They meet regularly to take care of the business of the Association.  The annual owner's meeting is held in October of each year. The property and administration is managed by First Service Residential. It is maintained by staff seven days a week.
